How the Amwaj Sela Residence Payment Plan Puts Control Back in the Buyer’s Hands
This payment plan is structured in a way to keep your money, your rules. Instead of demanding all the cash upfront or forcing you to follow strict back to back installments, it gives you sufficient. Here is how it gives you the control:
You Pay as They Build: Your payments are tied to actual construction progress not just random calendar dates.
No Need for Heavy Bank Loans Right Away: Your payments are tied to actual construction progress, not just random calendar dates.
Low Starting Cost: You don’t need a massive pile of savings to secure the property. A low down payment gets your foot in the door.
Sela Residence: Payment Structure & Milestones
The payment structure is built on a straightforward flexible formula that keeps your finances smooth and stress-free booking to handover. It starts with a small down payment to book your property, along with a standard 4% Dubai Land Department fee. Once you book a unit here, a big part of the total balance is broken down into small, high manageable installments spread about evenly across the construction period. This ensures you never have to pay large lump sums while the building is going up., keeping your cash flow liquid and active. Finally the remaining balance is only due when construction is complete and the keys are placed in your hand.
